$160 per 50 min session

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance.  I am a preferred provider with Beacon/Partnership, MediCare , and HMC Healthworks.  Out of network may be a possibility as well. You can speak with me about the options.

• Please check your coverage carefully with your insurance carrier to identify any copayments, deductibles and benefit levels.

Sliding Scale
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.  Please be prepared to pay at your session.  If you are using your insurance, you are still responsible for paying your deductible (if any) and copayment at the session.

Cancellation Policy
I set aside your scheduled appointment time for you, and cannot bill your insurance for a missed session.  Therefore, if you do not cancel without 24 hours notice, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
